Door-to-Door Sales Representative – Silver Lion
Silver Lion is a growing home-services company serving Katy and the Greater Houston area. We’re building our sales team and looking for competitive, coachable people who are comfortable talking to homeowners face-to-face.
What you’ll do:
• Canvass residential neighborhoods and speak directly with homeowners
• Generate and close window-cleaning customers
• Follow a proven sales process and receive ongoing training
• Work assigned territories with the Silver Lion team
• Track leads, quotes, follow-ups, and sales
Compensation:
This is a commission-based sales position . Window-cleaning D2D reps earn 30% commission on personally generated sales .
Example: Sell $1,000 of window-cleaning work → earn $300.
There is no artificial cap on commissions. Your income depends on your sales production.
